Return policy

Thank you for shopping at Surround Sound Tests! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return process and conditions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Authorization

Packaging

Shipping

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Address

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 90+ business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
