Return Authorization

Packaging
Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return Address
Ship the package to the return address provided in the return authorization instructions. Do not send the return to the original shipping address unless instructed to do so.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 90+ business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
